Our products are individually hand-crafted with pride by our artisans and all must meet our high quality standards. Most products will ship within 48 hours. During periods of high demand, certain products may take longer to ship. Our goal is to process all orders as quickly as possible while adhering to our high quality standards.
Products are shipped via USPS to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not currently ship internationally. Flat rate shipping is used based on the size of the package. Sales tax will be added to your order where applicable.
Due to the nature of upcycled products, color and size variations are to be expected. However, we stand behind the quality of all of our products, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to know why. Please contact us at info@dogoodgoods.com within 14 days of your purchase, and we will replace the item or refund your purchase price upon return of the product.
